Apart from xerotigana, other traditional Cretan sweets are also prepared at our workshop with love for tradition and great enthusiasm. Patouda is a classic and delicious Cretan sweet, with a fine aroma and ground walnut, almond and honey filling, kneaded with orange dough. Just like xerotigana, patouda are suitable for fasting periods, they do not need to be refrigerated and can be preserved for a long while (up to 3 months).

Ingredients: Wheat flour, virgin Cretan olive oil, fresh orange juice, cognac, sugar, baking powder, raki, walnuts, almonds, honey, nutmeg, cinnamon, carnation spice.
