Small pies filled with greens and mizithra (ricotta)

Mizithra (ricotta) pies: Apart from xerotigana, other traditional Cretan sweets are also prepared at our workshop with love for tradition and great enthusiasm. Mizithra (ricotta) pies are one of the most classic Cretan delicacies and have a prominent position on every Cretan table. Prepared at our workshop using hand-made phyllo pastry and a filling of pure, sour mizithra (ricotta). Preserved at room temperature for up to 5 days or frozen for up to 3 months.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, virgin Cretan olive oil, sour mizithra (ricotta), mint.

Greens Pies are a traditional Cretan recipe with a filling of various greens. They are prepared at our workshop using spinach, chard, hartwort, garden chervil, leek and other greens. They are suitable for fasting periods and are preserved at room temperature for up to 5 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
